Shipping: We ship US Mail. If you wish to include your shipping account information, we will ship Fed Ex, UPS or DHL to your desired location. YES we will ship to multiple addresses. YES we will ship over seas.
Our items are double boxed for your awards protection.
Shipping charges ARE NOT included on Product Item pages. This will be an additional charge.



You may bring your own personal items to be engraved to our shop. You are not limited to our products.



We try to engrave on time. Rough estimate is as follows:
If we have it in stock: 1-2 days
If we need to order: 3-6 days to receive item. 1-2 days for engraving after we receive your art and text.



We are open 7 days a week. We do take clients for drop off and pick up on weekends if arrangements have been made before-hand. We do stop taking clients before 6 AM and after 8 PM. Vera needs her rest.
